Technically
- Weight from smallest to largest
- The back remains neutral
- The shoulder blades are stable
- Feet firmly pressed to the floor
- The look accompanies the movement
Required: breathing, warm-up to improve mobility in the hip joint, work in the thoracic region, stabilize the scapula.
