BKCentre Academy was founded in 1991 by Boris Karebin, a coach whose career began with gold medals at the USSR Championship (Budevelnik 1989) and continued first at the University with coaches Dick Bennett, his teacher the great Bobby Knight, then work in the NBA, with such a coach as NBA coach of the year Flip Sanders.

The best NBA General Manager of the early 90s, who created the NBA Champions – the legendary Detroit Pistons with the players Isaiah Thomas, Dennis Rudman, Lambier, etc., became the direct mentor of Boris Karebin in the NBA, who led him to the best League of the World. Then Boris Karebin worked in the NBA club Minnesota Timberwolves and helped such players find themselves as Zhidrunas Ilgauskas, Olumide Aydezhi, Luke Longley, Kevin Garnet, Stefan Marbury, Christian Leitner, Pratrag Stoyakovich, Manuel Ginoblei, Nikulius Stombergas Pateev, Artem Slipenchuk and many other players. Some of the players with whom coach Boris Karebin worked later became Olympic, World and European Champions.

Thanks to his experience in the best basketball league in the world and possessing the knowledge and practice of training players in Europe and the NBA, the head coach of the BK Center Basketball Academy managed to develop his own unique methodology, which is based on a structured system for assessing the level of a player's training, which for clarity can be compared with system of Mendeleev.

The game component of Boris Karebin's training system is that each player who has completed a full training course at the BKCentre Academy will have basic construction elements, using which he will be able to build his unique game, no matter what position he plays, from playmaker to center. And just like in the Mendeleev system, every basketball player will be able to create the element he needs for his ideal game.

We can say with confidence that this training system in all respects meets the needs of modern basketball and is even ahead of the NBA training methods. The effectiveness of our training has been proven by the success of the academy players who are in demand and have received an invitation from educational institutions in the USA and basketball leagues in Europe and America.

All players who have completed basketball training at the BKCentre Academy are included in the database of our office in New York and will be presented for viewing at US educational institutions.

We're happy to help Get even better and share your academic and sports success!

Tests and exercises during the collection process revealed a huge deficit, if not a complete lack of correct movements when throwing and dribbling the ball. There was no talk at all about meaningful transmission and correct angles of attack.

Almost all the players come to us with a pronounced dominance of the right hand over the left to formulate and consolidate the skills of throwing and ball possession, we are announcing a package of at least four master classes a year. It will take only 2 months a year for each player, but it will take them to a fundamentally different level.

Thus, each player of the sports school can go with us on 4 master classes, without leaving the main training site.
