Okay. Let's just admit that all your rejected love and cherished memories were born in your soul not because your beloved person was "like that". No. It's because there is something in you at the level of biochemistry and instincts that is capable of loving person "like that".
We are able to see the light in someone else's soul, even when there is darkness. We can dream of making a loved one feel good, even when barriers are raised and disappear.
Our love and dream is simply an image of the best version of a loving couple within our minds. This is our movie, drama, exotic dish, pictures in the gallery from which you don't want to leave.
Depression feeds on the fact that for you, breaking up relationships within yourself is akin to simply taking it all and destroying it, ruining it, rolling it up in the mud, burning and betraying a piece of yourself.
But you can not do this, but turn it into art. And may it always live around you and attract others.
If you do not know how to turn unrealized love into art, then the very thing is to start looking for a suitable genre, style and start experimenting. If it seems to you that art is not yours, then spend negative energy in physical education, health, sports, good nutrition, career, business or hobby, and then a differently charged body will start showing you a completely different movie.
Believe it or not, this is how our body chemistry works.
